Orphan Pages
Pages with no internal links pointing to them, making them hard to discover and rank.
Definition
Orphan pages are URLs that receive no internal links from anywhere else on the site. Because crawlers and users cannot easily discover them through navigation, these pages are at risk of poor crawlability, low indexation, and minimal organic traffic. Orphaning often occurs after site migrations, ad-hoc publishing, or CMS changes. Fixing orphan pages typically involves reintegrating them into the site architecture and adding contextual internal links from relevant, high-authority pages.
