3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices on the Service
• Use the Service to compete with us or develop competing products
• Crawl websites you don't own or have permission to crawl
• Violate robots.txt or other crawling restrictions
• Exceed reasonable rate limits or abuse our infrastructure

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you submit through the Service, including website URLs, crawled content, and project configurations ("Your Data"). You are solely responsible for Your Data and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

5.2 License to Use Your Data

By submitting Your Data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of:

• Providing and improving the Service
• Generating link suggestions and analysis
• Creating vector embeddings and semantic representations
• Backing up and securing your data

We will not share Your Data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5.3 Data Deletion

You may delete Your Data at any time by deleting projects or your account. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove Your Data from our systems, including all crawled pages, vector embeddings, and link suggestions, except as required for legal compliance or backup purposes (which will be deleted within 90 days).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, graphics, and trademarks (excluding Your Data), is owned by Crawlog LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of the Service
• Collection and use of product listings or descriptions
• Making derivative uses of the Service
• Downloading or copying account information
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

6.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution to you.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

7.2 Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal date

7.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for service issues or billing errors.

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid.

8. Service Level and Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with notice and emergency maintenance without notice.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with and relies on third-party services including:

• Vercel (hosting)
• Neon Database (data storage)
• Pinecone (vector database)
• OpenAI (AI models)
• Stack Auth (authentication)
• Better Stack (monitoring)

We are not responsible for any third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crawlog LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your Data or any content you submit through the Service
• Your violation of any laws or regulations

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us athi@rankvectors.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or remotely via video conference.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on the Service with an updated "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (if you have provided an email address)
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended period of inactivity
• At our sole discretion

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crawlog LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.

16.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, or internet failures.

16.6 Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo.
